TEEN ANGST POETRY
VANCOUVER, CANADA
WHAT IS TEEN ANGST POETRY? Teen angst poetry is written between the ages of 12-18 (or later) when one is depressed or hurt. It is an outlet for the most "profound" thoughts ...or so you thought at the time - those "YES! this is so what I mean!" moments. Most often teen angst poetry has horrible rhyming schemes and very obvious metaphors. Common themes include: I am alone, No one understands my pain, I will never love again, Fuck you, Fuck off, Go to hell, and Life sucks.
if you want a good laugh, DO check it out... in response, i do welcome you to post some juicy angst ridden teen poems you got (off of friend of a friend off of the internet somewhere.-- yeah sure if you say so) *wink wink*
here is one of my teen angst poems for your amusment UN EDITED promise you that much...
sweet. sweet. memories.
was it ever real?
were you ever there?
those memories turn into dreams.
wish it were real.
wish you were there.
wish i could drown sorrow in all my tears.
the only thing that binds me is a lot of fear.
i love you-
or do love the dream??
this fantastic marvel is the only thing that keeps me-
wish you kept me still.
