Well, yes, since it can act as an audio interface.

Although if you're using it solely for Reason, I'd recommend against it as you can't control reason with it nor output to all the channels. Unless you've got other gear to run into the mixer itself. Does that make sense?

Yes. You get a Rec Out from the mixer to the comp and a 2-in from the comp to the mixer via ASIO over USB.

personally, I am not a big fan of USB, but i wont get into that here, since I don't wanna ruin your sales thread

For 2-in/2-out, USB is fine. Although this unit is definitely more analogue mixer than audio interface. The interface is just kind of a bonus to the whole thing.
