Shannon and myself are looking to rent a house, like a stand alone house, no apartment bullshit. So we are looking for someone responsible to move in with us.
Conditions are that, you have to be clean, non sketchy, 100% reliable financially, which means your gonna need a fulltime job, or be a trust fund kid or something. . The price range will be approx. $600 a month, but that gets you full access to the entire house.
There might be parking for your vehicle, if you have one, but that depends on which place we get, because I will have 2 cars there, plus my plow truck. As well, there will also be a male rottweiller there, so if you are not a dog person, than this is prolly not the place for you. Although, the dog is still a puppy, so there will be puppy training going on over the winter.
We are looking at places with large yards, so in the summer, we will be growing a garden with all kinds of fresh veggies, and Im a hell of a good cook.
The place we are currently gong to look at is on fisher, and there is a bus right out side the front door that will get you downtown to queen street in 20 min. in the morning.

Chances are that we will be looking for a Jan 1 move in date into a place, but we can hold the fort down for a month or two if you need time to put your $$$ together.
