My friends are booting out their roomate since he has no sense of responsibility.
1room in a 3 bedroom garden home off WOODROFFE, right near the Timmy's/Esso near tanglewood (google Cheryl Dr.) so its west end, on the 95 route, 5min bike to Algonquin College/Baseline station.

Rent is just under 400$ a month, plus bills (Heat/Hydro/cable/internet)
Pretty relaxed neighbourhood, never had the cops called to our parties,

2 girls (employed students) 2 cats, 1 dog currently reside there.
smoker friendly

if you don't do this than you would be ideal
- eat/drink other peoples food/beverages
- create a mess everyday, never clean it
- leave your dishes in the sink till someone else does them.
- always late paying rent and bills.
- bring a house full of people home at 2am and be a loud sketchy douche on a weekday.
- piss your pants on the couch and lie about it, than not clean it.

Basically realize your roomates arent your mother and don't need to be reminded and scolded about everything than you pass,

Most of the things in that list are the kind of stuff I'm worried about when my new place starts filling up with roommates. But the last one.. WTF? Seriously? I don't even know what to say to that..

I got rid of roommates as soon as it was financially possible. 100% less headaches and worrying about stupid shit.

yeah i agree.
fuck roomates.
im more than happy living with mom and dad till i can afford my own place.
atleast here the only mess i have to clean is mine.
and i dont have to worry about roomates taking stuff, or their friends.

and i like the added bonus of saying "well my roomates such and such"

i saw him early morning, he was rambling, than apparently he was on his phone, but his phone was dead, so we realized he was talking to himself.

one of those people that dont know their limits.

Back during my first year's frosh week, one of the guys at a house party we went to decided he needed to piss before passing out, so he pissed on the wall right where he was... his pillow was at the bottom of this wall. He woke of in the morning with his pillow soaked and he thought it was water.
