So I finally got enough time to put this together. Sorry for the earlier deadline than i expected but I want to have them printed and ready for sale at LOVE.

GUIDELINES:

-Can be front or back design
-Does not have to include logo. Can make a new one if you want.
-Must use a MAXIMUM of 4 colors (not including the shirt color). No gradients.
-Preferably design with a black background in mind but isn't limited to that.
-Vector art files are always best. .AI, .EPS, .PDF are most preferred.
-We also accept .psd, .jpeg and .tiff.
-Make sure all non-vector (pixel) files are at least 300dpi.
-All font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines.
-Please make the image the exact size you want it printed.
-The thumbnail posted for voting can be any size.
-You can use any design concept or put anything you want into the design but remember that just because you submit something, doesn't mean it will be used.

I'll choose which design I like the most as well as take into consideration what people like the most so please comment on the designs in either the forum or in PM. I'll setup some sort of voting system if needed.

In the end I reserve the right to not choose any of the submitted designs.

These are all silk screened shirts, not iron-on or printed. They will be done by the same guys who made the HAF shirts so they are comfortable, don't shrink and most of all, the design lasts a really long time.

Gives me enough to get it ready and hopefully have them in time for LOVE on December 18th.

I'm gonna do CMYK since I don't know of any printing method that can print RGB, so some colours might not turn out.

Not sure how good it's gonna turn out since I'm not used to doing 3 colours but I'll do my best.

yeah...CMYK is the safe route.

Can we halftone? Or is it only 3 solid colours, period?

I've spent 5 mins so far and have a half decent 'base'.

i was told any difference in shade is a new color because it would have to be mixed and added as a new layer in the screening so solid only.

Kay I'll make solid dots to make gradients I guess

I found a nice large black t-shirt template. I would HIGHLY suggest that people making designs throw their design on this template to get an idea of what it looks like.

now people aren't restricted to black shirts but its the easiest to work with.

I've more or less finished a black t shirt logo but I'll come back to it tomorrow for tweaks

i might throw a few designs up. I think lexi was interested.

it's best to design with black in mind cause its the easiest to sell but a design that can work on a lot of different colors is perfect.

Well, this one is white text on black but it looks good as black on white too (so I'm assuming it works on everything)

I'll submit a few though.

I wish I had enough skills to submit something =/ Im really looking forward to seeing the designs though!
