First off, thanks to those of you who came out last Saturday to DFF to celebrate the RCN 1 year. I'm still having trouble believing it already been over a year now. Had some ups and downs but overall, we're still here and kicking :-)
So I spent a couple of hours today going over some of the advice and suggestions for the site. One of things that came up and frankly has been bothering me since the beginning was certain aspects of the template. So tonight, I spent a couple of hours reworking a couple of little aesthetic aspects to "freshen" up the site a bite. This isn't v2 but it's a little something to improve the appearance in the meantime. It's not much but still something. Feel free to let me know what you think.
To be completly honest, I'm not sure when v2 is going to be ready. Finding the time to right now is a little difficult but once a few of my paying projects are done, I'll be able to get back to planning it out. So, for those of you who ask "when will it be ready?", the answer is "when it's done!" ;-)
In the meantime, we're still running a hell of a deficit on the site and while the new server is much cheaper, it still adding up each month. I also still haven't sold enough t-shirts to cover those costs so I ask everyone who uses the site and enjoys it, to consider making a donation of any amount, big or small, to help cover some of the costs. I know I keep saying this, but every little bit helps. There are still most sizes of the T-shirts available.
