BUBBLECORE (Synergy, Toronto) - OLDSCHOOL ACID TRANCE AND FLUFF - LIVE PA!!!

Bubblecore is a true Ottawa legend known for his super uplifting live sets and crazy on-stage energy. He was a frequent headliner in Ottawa and all over Quebec. Since moving to Toronto, he's taken a break from playing but he has agree to come back and do special set for his old hometown. Get ready for the ride of your life!


THE MIDDLE MAN (Synergy, Vancouver) - HARDCORE / GABBER

Another former Ottawa resident, Mark was one of the few Ottawa djs back in the day spinning hardcore. Known for his unique combination oldsstyle and nu-style and everything in between. We welcome the middle man back for a special set sure to make you stomp your feet and demand more!


TAMERAX (Synergy, Montreal) - CLASSIC HARD TRANCE AND HARDSTYLE SET

Tamerax has been djing at raves for over 10 years now and in that time has learned how to drive a crowd wild. Combining intense track selection with smooth mixing skills, Tamerax is going to be dropping a set of some of the best hard trance tunes of the last 10 years. Prepare for a true Hard As Fuck set.

HHB (Synergy, Montreal) - HARDSTYLE

We felt it has been far too long since since HHB has been up on the decks rocking out a proper hardstyle set. With the demand for hardstyle growing each day in Ottawa, HHB is ready to deliever.


SAMWISE (Middle-Earth/Project Mayhem/Black&White DJ, Montreal) - UK HARDCORE / HAPPY HARDCORE

A crowd favorite in Montreal, Samwise is known for his work with the infamous Project Mayhem events. This guy knows UK Hardcore and he's ready to lay down a set of some of the most upfront and intense tunes out there!


CRASH OVERRIDE VS. NODAROKK (Project D, Ottawa) - FREEFORM BATTLE

Most people know Crash Override for his jungle sets but once in a while, he's break out the freeform. Nodarokk is a growing up and comer in the Ottawa scene. His track selection is intense. This will be a battle to see and hear!

VENUE:
The venue will be announced 24 hours before the event on RaveCanada.Net and Facebook.
There will be cheap water AND cheap drinks available all night. That's right...cheap booze! :D

FOOD COLLECTION AND RAFFLE:
As part of improving the image of raves, we will be collecting non-perishable food items to be donated to the Ottawa Food Bank. In exchange for a donation you will receive a ticket for a raffle to win a free pass for yourself and guest to the next Synergy event! You will also win a collection of mix cds from some of the DJs from that night.

NO DRUGS, WATER BOTTLES, MARKERS, OUTSIDE DRINKS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE VENUE.

We will be enforcing the Right of Admission Refusal (ROAR)
Anyone caught damaging the venue or break any of the rules will be kicked out of the event without a refund.

The venue for Blast Off is the Legion Hall in Vanier.

This is the same venue that was used for Euphoria so that means free water + cheap booze (for the 19+ crowd) as well as a large open area for dancing. It also mean we have to be very quiet outside. See below...

There will be a coat check for $2. We ask you take everything you need from your coat at the begining of the night.

Anyone who brings a canned food item will get their name enter into a raffel for a prize pack including a VIP admission to the next Synergy event as a well as several new mix cds from local and out of town DJs. One entry per person, not per item.

Don't forget that this is an Anime and Candy Kid themed event!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
=========================================================

This is venue is located in a somewhat residential area. That means everyone must BE QUIET outside. You are allowed to go outside and smoke or cool off but there will be security outside making sure people aren't being too loud. Noise complaints are the last thing we need. People being too loud will have their wristbands cut off and not be allowed back into the party. This is the most important aspect of this location, being quiet outside.

BRING ID:

We are going to be very strict about making sure that the 16+ rule is enforced.

There is 19+ Area. You must present photo id in order to get the 19+ wristband. Any minors caught drinking alchool will have their wristbands cut and they will be kicked out the venue.

NO DRUGS:
Anyone caught with illegal substances will have their wristbands cut they will be kicked out the venue.

RESPECT THE VENUE:
Anyone caught tagging or in any way vandalizing the venue will be ejected from the venue and reported to the police. They will also be billed for any clean up costs involved. I'm taking this very seriously. Ottawa doesn't have many places left that will host these type of events and we need to respect the places that do. Venues are the key to maintaining any type of scene in Ottawa.

NO OUTSIDE DRINKS:
We're sorry but all bottles, even if unopened, will be confiscated at the door. We have no way of verifying that they have not been tampered with and we are responsible for everything that goes on inside the venue. Water bottles will be sold for a very reasonable price and cold running water is always available.

REFUNDS:
Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. This basically means if for some reason you get thrown out of the party for being stupid, or you get to party at midnight and didn't think it ended at 2a.m., or really any other reason other than it being shut down really early, don't expect a refund.

There is no free guestlist passes for this event.
